   To whom it may concern:

   I have a group of questions I would like to ask about your hotel. These questions would pertain to a stay at your hotel during the months of July or August.

   1. What would be the rate for one person/one room for that time of year?

   2. Would you accept AAA and/or Entertainment Card to be used as discounts?

   3. For that time of year, would it be necessary or highly recommended for me to reserve more than 3-4 weeks in advance in order to get a room?
